Kam Komics: Comic book/Manga Drawing Class (Sunday morning)
Starting September 22nd - October 20th. This is a 5-week class starting Sundays at 10am - 11am. For ages 7 and up. Instructor will email you Zoom link information. Sign up ends September 21st at 11pm.
Theme: Ani-MANGA 2 ✏ (the sequel) ✏
Are you interested in learning the fundamentals of cartooning and comic/manga books? Local comic book artist Kamron Reynolds, will introduce you to the world of comics. Learn how to draw your own characters, faces, backgrounds, lettering, and much more. The key to creating is getting started. Students may take this course multiple times. Please bring paper and pencil to class.
**If a student misses a class and would like to make up the time, you may join another virtual class (free of charge) please email the instructor. If you are unable to join another class (at the scheduled times) but would like to schedule a day during the week you will have to pay a fee of $10 to reschedule.**

That's right! Kam Komics has a new calendar and character for 2024! The Powerful Patty is the newest character created by your friendly neighborhood comic book artist and rapper, Kam. Bring in the new year with Patty, a fast food worker who ate a radioactive burger and transformed into a burger (plant-based).
This little patty will fight against systemic racism, farming discrimination, environmental discrimination, and anything else you can think that keeps people down, while teaching those that will listen. Can a burger save help heal this world? Full comic book coming soon to Kam Komics.

Let’s look at the calendar and find something that works for everyone. (Instructor will contact you via email)
Parents/Artists will fill out the Kam Komics class form so Kam can get to know your artist a little bit and see what they would like to work on.
1st class we’ll work on some comic book fundamentals and what they want to improve on. Kam will then give them a comic book/manga assignment.
2nd class we’ll have a follow up on their comic book/manga homework assignment to see how they did.
